Join our HR Contact Center Team supporting Amazon employees across select EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) countries.
We are seeking bilingual HR Contact Center Associates fluent in German and English to deliver exceptional employee support in a dynamic, multi-language environment.
Reporting to a Team Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries through multiple channels including phone, live chat, E-mail, and internal case management systems. Your role encompasses the full employee lifecycle, addressing questions related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, terminations, and absence reporting requests.
Home Office Requirements:
· A quiet and private place to work where you will not be disturbed.
· Internet connection from a reliable provider with a speed of at least of 20 mbps download and 5 mbps upload as of Day 1 of your employment.
Key job responsibilities
• Handle and resolve HR queries in both German and English by leveraging documentation including frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures, escalating issues appropriately when they exceed your scope while maintaining Ownership of the employee experience
• Take full accountability for each employee contact, ensuring queries are accepted and resolved with exceptional customer focus and demonstrating Earn Trust through every interaction
• Identify gaps in supporting documentation and internal processes, proactively recommending improvements to enhance service delivery and Insist on the Highest Standards
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees, explaining and resolving concerns across the entire Amazon employee lifecycle with clarity and professionalism
• Actively seek employee feedback to continuously improve service levels, demonstrating Learn and Be Curious by using insights to enhance the support experience
• Work rotational shifts across weekdays and weekends, exhibiting flexibility and Bias for Action to ensure uninterrupted support for our employee community

Basic Qualifications
- - Very good proficiency in written and verbal in German (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).
- - High school diploma
- - Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- - Relevant work experience in administration, customer service/ call center or HR environment.
- - Very good proficiency in additional European languages
- - Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
- - Ability to work with confidential information
- - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- - Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
