3. User Responsibilities

For Job Seekers

• Provide accurate information in any applications
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

For Employers

• Post only legitimate, real job opportunities
• Ensure all job listings are for remote or remote-friendly positions
• Provide accurate salary information when required
• Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner
• Not post discriminatory job listings
• Not use the Service for spam or fraudulent purposes

4. Job Listings

All job listings must:

• Be for genuine employment opportunities
• Offer remote work as the primary or significant work arrangement
• Comply with applicable employment laws
• Not require payment from job seekers
• Not be pyramid schemes, MLM opportunities, or similar

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these requirements or that we determine to be misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid job listings are subject to the following terms:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Listings are published upon successful payment
• Refunds may be issued within 7 days if a listing has not been published
• No refunds are provided once a listing is live
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms without refund

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AntiDesk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Job listings remain the property of the respective employers. By posting a listing, employers grant us a license to display and distribute the listing content on our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of job listings or employer information
• That you will find employment through our Service
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The suitability of any job or candidate

8. Limitation of Liability

AntiDesk acts as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for:

• Employment decisions made by employers
• The conduct of employers or job seekers
• The accuracy of information provided by third parties
• Any damages arising from the use of our Service

In no event shall AntiDesk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntiDesk, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
