eero is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to drive technical solutions and cloud architecture for the management of our mesh WiFi analytics platform for our largest customers. This role combines systems expertise with networking knowledge to design and implement scalable solutions for our B2B customers. You'll work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, and wifi to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our growing list of partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-scale cloud solutions utilizing AWS services to support eero's cloud-based management platform across multi-tenant ISP deployments serving millions of end users
- Lead strategic technical discussions with C-level executives and technical decision makers at Tier 1 ISP partners, presenting complex architectural solutions and eero's product roadmap based on REST APIs and data-as-a-service delivery systems
- Drive API integration strategy between eero's platform and ISP partner systems, establishing architectural patterns and best practices for modern cloud services at scale
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for eero's largest and most strategic ISP accounts, managing relationships across multiple customer teams and internal stakeholders
- Act as voice of the customer by translating ISP partner requirements, pain points, and strategic needs into actionable input for Product and Engineering roadmaps
- Present eero's technical vision and roadmap to executive stakeholders, demonstrating business value and competitive differentiation
- Establish reference architectures and proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate scalable integration solutions for enterprise ISP deployments
- Influence eero's technical roadmap through deep collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, advocating for ISP partner needs and market requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • - 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • - Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
  • - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent
  • - Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
  • - Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent
  • - Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers
  • - Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud

  • The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
