As a member of the HR organization, you will handle confidential and sensitive information, as well as demonstrate strong integrity and ethical behaviors. You will use your strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to bring about continuous improvement on a daily basis; put your exceptional customer service, communication, organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment.

Key job responsibilities
•Utilize your deep diving skills and Amazon policy expertise to identify required documentation for appeal cases.
• Assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent.
• Identify any process defects and recommended remediation.
•Review information which contributed to the disciplinary action impacting the employee. Use your investigative skills to determine if policy was applied properly and consistently based on evidence and employee/witness statements

Basic Qualifications

  • - 3+ years of human resources experience
  • - Experience with HR processes and systems
  • - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
  • - Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload
  • - Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
  • - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
  • - Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management

  • - 4+ years of contact center experience, or experience in the customer service/contact center industry
  • - Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
  • - Proven ability to follow existing process with high attention to detail.
  • - Additional languages a plus.
