About This Role

This role leads the pricing and membership teams within Contract Administration and is also responsible for running the Wholesale initiative. The person in this position manages Contract Administrators, helps ensure customer contract pricing and membership updates are accurate and timely, supports onboarding of new customer groups, and works across teams to improve processes, maintain compliance, and support reporting, audits, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the team of Contract Administrators that manages requests from internal teams related to customer contract pricing and membership.
  • Resolve escalations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to customer contract pricing and membership.
  • Ensure Wholesale agreements are entered into the correct system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month end close and reporting.
  • Review policies and procedures and update them to reflect business needs.
  • Build collaborative relationships with sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and pharma account management teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the review of new and revised contractual terms of Company partner agreements.
  • Collaborate with SAP and technology teams to build and improve system processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Company internal controls. Review internal controls narratives and suggest updates as needed.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to support employee performance and career growth.
  • Act as a change advocate by developing and implementing project initiatives that support customer and business goals while maintaining high employee satisfaction.
  • Support audits initiated by internal and external audit teams.
  • Complete special reporting and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Performance management experience.
  • Experience building relationships with internal customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business-to-business experience in distribution.
  • Previous contract pricing and membership experience.
