About This Role

Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Program Manager to support our Board, Senior Leadership Team (S-team), and other business rhythms. This person will help drive critical business rhythms, provide high-trust operational support, and participate in a wide range of confidential and strategic initiatives.

The right candidate is incredibly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. They are humble and resourceful, able to build strong relationships across the company — including with executives — while remaining approachable and grounded. This role requires someone who can navigate shifting priorities, bring structure to complexity, and maintain a high bar for quality and follow-through.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution. If you enjoy taming chaos while staying calm and flexible in the face of change, this role is for you.

This is an individual-contributor role requiring sound judgment, discretion, and comfort working closely with senior leaders. The ideal candidate is scrappy, detail-oriented, and able to seamlessly manage change without losing sight of the details.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly Board meetings and retreats. This includes driving the agenda, creating talk tracks, partnering across the business to develop high-quality materials, and coordinating preparation and follow-ups.
  • Own weekly S-team meetings. This includes developing and managing the topic pipeline, shaping the agenda, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting and tracking action items.
  • Create and maintain systems that support senior leadership in driving accountability and effective decision-making, including business reviews and offsites.
  • Represent the CEO’s priorities across cross-functional initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while operating in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings and events; lead or support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, executive support, or similar fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working directly with executives and influencing without authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to shape narratives for senior audiences
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Resourceful, scrappy, and self-directed — able to operate independently in ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
  • Strong systems mindset; constantly looking for ways to improve how things work
  • Strong Google calendar/e-mail/doc skills
  • Calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure

Compensation

US Zone 1 $130,100—$176,000 USD US Zone 2 $117,000—$158,400 USD US Zone 3 $104,000—$140,800 USD
