What is the role?

The global campaigns team integrates key messages across paid and organic channels for an aligned strategy to reach the right people with the right message at the right time in their journey. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Search, AI, & Platform Campaigns, this key role will support the Search/AI campaign for our corporate sales-led growth motion.

We’re looking for someone that’s technically curious, eager to learn, and has a keen interest in understanding our business and the customer’s journey!

What you will be doing:

The Search/AI Campaign Specialist you’ll help plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns that acquire, support, retain, and convert customers to drive sales pipeline. You’ll be a key contributor to bringing campaign plans to life by coordinating activities, keeping work on track, and reporting on results.

Campaign strategy and execution

  • Support the strategy and execution of global integrated campaigns aligned to Search/AI priorities and messaging.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation; track progress and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with Web, Design, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content, and Paid Media to gather assets and move work forward.
  • Manage day-to-day follow-ups to ensure required content, creative, and approvals are delivered on time.
  • Communicate timelines, priorities, and execution status to colleagues and leaders, keeping teams aligned.

Measure and assess impact

  • Support campaigns aligned to quarterly search pipeline goals, contributing to originated pipeline and influenced revenue aligned to regional and global targets.
  • Support improvements to marketing qualified lead to opportunity conversion through tighter targeting/segmentation, nurture execution, and coordinated follow-up with Sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support measurement approaches using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
  • Support quarterly program reviews by contributing analysis, takeaways, and recommendations on sales pipeline performance to inform future planning.

Test and learn

  • Assist in developing test plans (e.g., personalization, messaging, creative, offers, segmentation, frequency, timing).
  • Manage and implement programs to increase conversion across key funnel steps (landing page CVR, lead-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL/opportunity, etc.) through structured testing and optimization.
  • Analyze email nurture performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion; propose new flows as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting global, integrated campaigns (B2B preferred), ideally tied to pipeline or revenue outcomes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal); comfortable facilitating working sessions and driving follow-through.
  • Analytical outlook with the ability to interpret data, surface insights, and suggest practical optimizations.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships across teams and regions.

Bonus Points:

    • Familiarity using project management tools such as: Adobe Workfront, Asana, GitHub or Monday.
    • Hands-on experience with performance and reporting tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau.
    • Experience supporting ABM programs using tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or similar, including audience targeting, account insights, and measurement.
