The Senior Product Marketer, Medicare Advantage role supports the development and execution of product marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for Humana's Medicare Advantage plans. You will translate product value, benefits, and differentiation into compelling, compliant marketing programs that resonate with senior audiences in a regulated environment. Reporting to the Principal of Product & Segment Marketing in the Marketing Organization within Humana's Enterprise Growth team, the Senior Product Marketer plays a key role in developing business‑moving campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies for Medicare Advantage products. This role collaborates closely with Growth Strategy, Consumer Distribution Channels, Market Presidents, Consumer Data, Insights & Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations & Technology, and Brand Marketing to ensure product strategies are insight‑led, integrated, and deliver measurable results. This position is ideal for a strategic marketer with strong Medicare product knowledge who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross‑functional partnership.
- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies for Medicare Advantage offerings, including positioning, target audience definition, and benefits messaging.
- Develop clear, insight‑driven strategic briefs for full‑funnel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, enrollment, and product adoption across key segments.
- Build deep understanding of target senior audiences, market segments, and customer needs, and clearly articulate how Humana Medicare Advantage products deliver differentiated value.
- Partner closely with Product, Go‑to‑Market, Sales, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned, compliant, and executed with excellence.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, regulatory considerations, and member insights to inform ongoing Medicare Advantage marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and reporting to support optimization efforts and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert for Medicare Advantage marketing, providing strategic input and guidance to internal teams and partners.
- Build strong working relationships across the Consumer Growth Strategy team, delivering marketing strategies that support shared business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, government‑sponsored health plans, or healthcare marketing within a regulated environment.
- Prior experience developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive results through integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
- Experience with consumer insights and segmentation, including experience commissioning or leveraging research to evolve marketing strategy and grow market share.
- Proven experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Distribution, Compliance, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver aligned and effective marketing programs.
- Excellent strategy development, brief writing, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Working knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage marketing and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep experience supporting Medicare Advantage or other government‑sponsored health plans across acquisition, engagement, or retention efforts.
- Familiarity with performance measurement, campaign reporting, and optimization in a regulated marketing environment.
- Preferred locations: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- The associate selected for this role should anticipate periodic in‑office work to support collaboration, key team meetings, and partnership with business stakeholders. Remote options will be considered based on role needs and candidate experience.
